Working with Malcolm Appleby, genius in a jumper

I have been lucky enough to make the trip up to Aultbeag several times, to learn from, and to bask in the atmosphere of the singularity that is Malcolm Appleby. The place has the air of the best Tim Burton films, and Malcolm holds court, always deeply inspiring and highly entertaining. Two of these visits have been Silver Symposia, a gathering of interesting folk sharing knowledge, skills and brainstorming all things silvery.
