DELIVERY & RETURNS

DELIVERY

Delivery is complimentary on all orders over £800 in the UK. Other deliveries are charged individually by weight at cost, as listed with the product information. Online orders will be dispatched within 4 working days (often less) and all UK parcels are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery, which is fully insured, and requires a signature on delivery.

Delivery before 9am and next day delivery can be arranged by special request (please call or email). European and International delivery is also charged at cost.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

​We aim for all our customers to be happy customers; if you wish to return or exchange an item then please notify us by phone or email within 14 days of receipt.

Please return the goods, within 30 days, in original packaging. We recommend using a ‘signed for’ delivery method and retain proof of posting, as we cannot accept liability for packages going missing in the post.

 
When we receive the returned goods, your payment for the product and original delivery to you will be refunded via the original payment method within 28 days.
 
Every piece is carefully checked before sending out to you. If a product is damaged in transit or faulty, please return it in the original packaging, using a ‘signed for’ delivery method and retain proof of posting. When we receive the returned goods, your payment for the product and original delivery, plus return postage, will be refunded via the original payment method within 28 days.
 
The following items are non-returnable:
• Items not in original purchase condition (unless faulty).
• Earrings for pierced ears (unless faulty).
