Is my purchase environmentally friendly?


Wherever possible, we are working towards more ethical and more sustainable practices, environmentally and socially.

We are working towards switching to 100% recycled silver, but in the meantime, our bullion supplier states that approximately 90% of the silver we purchase is recycled, but this is not certified and fully traceable, unfortunately. Silver has always been reused, repurposed and recycled, and this is still true today.

Our gift boxes are 99% recycled, and blind debossed instead of printed, so they are fully recyclable. For more on our Sustainability and Ethics statement, please click here.

How long will my jewellery take to arrive?

In the UK, it should arrive within 5 working days by Royal Mail Special Delivery (Signed For), as long as it is ‘In Stock’.

If you have a special request about timing, for example for a birthday or special occasion, please email and we will try and accommodate your request.

Can I return my purchase?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase and you want to return it, you may, click here for our Returns policy.

If I buy a gift online and it doesn’t fit or they don’t like it, can I return or exchange it?

Yes you can, click here for full returns policy. We also sell vouchers, which you might consider if you are unsure of your purchase.

Is the jewellery solid silver and is it hallmarked?

All our jewellery is solid sterling silver (925) and is hallmarked at the London Assay Office if above the legal weight threshold (7.7g for silver).

How do I pay?

Payments are made through our website redirection to PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to pay – you can do so using a card, and payment is secure. Payments can also be made by BACS (phone or internet banking) if you prefer, by selecting that option.

When will my account be debited?

Your account will be debited when your order is placed.

How do I know when my order has been received?

You will receive an email confirmation, sent to the email address you provided. Please keep this email; it contains your order reference number which you may need at a later date.

Can orders be delivered to a different address to my own?

Yes, we can ship to a different address. Please fill in the desired delivery address in the appropriate box as you order. No details of prices are included in the package, in case your purchase is a gift. Gift wrapping service is available on request.

Can orders be placed from abroad?

We are happy to accept orders from outside the UK. They will be sent Royal Mail International signed for. If you require any other delivery method please contact us and charges will be assessed  individually.  Delivery times may vary.
We accept no liability for when a delivery company fails to deliver but will do our utmost to trace all parcels we send.

How is my jewellery packaged?

All items are beautifully presented in a quality presentation box, which is sealed in a padded envelope, to protect it in transit.

How do I get an item repaired?

If you have a piece of Rauni Higson jewellery that needs repairing, please email with images or a description of the problem. Each repair is assessed individually.

What is the length of guarantee on jewellery?

Our pieces are made to last, and we hope you will enjoy wearing them for many years to come, and pass them on to the next generation. If you have a piece that is damaged, we assess each case on an individual basis, looking at wear and tear since purchase and the reason for returning the item. There is no official warranty period on any items.

Ring Sizes

We use UK ring sizing and offer standard sizes K to N online. Other sizes are available to order, including half sizes, but may take longer than 5 days for delivery. Please contact us for more details.
